Ticket Bookings

Ticket purchases can be made via or at our box office 1 hour before the event (unless the event is sold out). To check ticket availability please visit the event page.

We can only accept card payments both online and in person at this time.

The Wheeler Centre does not currently have the resources to run a full-time Box Office, and we request that bookings be made online via our website. If you have any issues or further queries, please contact for assistance.

When you complete a booking with us, we ask for personal details such as your name, billing address and email address to assist us with:

  • Contacting you when there is an important change to the event or if an event is cancelled
  • Verifying the credit card purchase
  • Or to ensure we send you the ticket or event access information

Our booking process is secure – our systems utilise industry-standard encryption – and your credit card details remain completely confidential. If you have any concerns or queries, please contact us. You can also read our privacy policy here.

Discounts and complimentary ticket offerings are available for selected events. Concession cards must be valid at the time of booking.
