Simon Bradshaw

About

Dr Simon Bradshaw is Oxfam Australia’s Climate Change specialist. His main areas of focus include climate change adaptation in the Pacific, international climate negotiations, financing climate resilient development, and the impact of climate change on food.

He was previously Climate Change Campaigner for the Australian Conservation Foundation. Simon spent a number of years researching environment protection and development in Tibet, including the role of indigenous knowledge and the traditional rural economy.

He is a Climate Leader with Al Gore’s Climate Reality Project, a keen adventurer, and has written widely on climate change, environmental philosophy, and development.

Oxfam is an international development agency working together with partners and local communities in more than 90 countries. Oxfam’s purpose is to help create lasting solutions to the injustice of poverty.
