Sashi Perera is a Sri Lankan Australian comedian, writer and recovering lawyer. In 2023, she was nominated for Best Newcomer at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival for her debut show ‘Endings’ which sold out its runs in Australia and the UK. The improviser and yarn spinner was featured as ‘One to Watch’ at the UK Funny Women Awards and will hit stages at home and around the world in 2024 with her second show ‘Boundaries’. She is one of Australia’s fastest rising comedians with over 40 million views on social media.
