Sabina Read

About

Sabina Read is a psychologist who consults with individuals, couples, children, families, groups, and organisations. She works with clients addressing marriage and relationship challenges, transitional issues across the lifespan, parenting and family concerns, workplace issues, and mental health.

Sabina is also a trained phone counsellor, an experienced facilitator of groups and workshops on topics including wellbeing, sleep, parenting, grief, anxiety and eating disorders; and she is a presenter with leading speaker’s bureau, Saxton’s.

Sabina is the resident psychologist and social commentator on radio station 3AW’s Afternoons program, a regular contributor on national television including The Morning Show and The Daily Edition, and is listed on the national Media Referral Database for the Australian Psychological Society.

Sabina is passionate about addressing the universality of the human experience with the hope of normalising the joy and struggles we all experience. Sabina is also a communications expert with significant local and international experience in PR and marketing roles.
