Russell Robertson
About
Russell Robertson was drafted to the Melbourne Football Club from Tasmania’s under 18s after recruiters saw him featured in a home video on The Footy Show’s ‘Almost Football Legends’. Since then, he’s enjoyed a successful AFL and television career, performed music with Olivia Newton-John at the MCG and presented radio for Geelong station KRock.
Robertson has released an album – Higher – through Universal Music. He is currently producing a show for Melbourne Football Club’s website and conducts talks with the AFL and AFLPA about respect for women and depression awareness.
