Penny Modra is editorial director at The Good Copy, a new Melbourne-based writing studio, grammar school and publisher. She has written about visual arts for The Thousands, the Age, the Sunday Age and anyone else who'll listen.
Previously, Penny oversaw editorial for The Thousands city guides nationally. As a freelance writer, Penny has worked for clients including Gertrude Contemporary, London’s Future Laboratory and PhD students whose dissertations are due in twelve hours. She was a co-founder of Melbourne’s experimental poster publishing project Is Not Magazine (2005-2008, RIP).
