Nalini Jacob-Roussety

Nalini is a Melbourne-based writer and educator and the Philosopher-in-Residence at 'After Dinner Conversation,' a philosophical literary magazine. Through her writing, she aims to explore political and ethical complexities with contemporary humour. Her work has recently appeared in Meridian Australis' CRUX: Vol 1, Overland, Cosmic Horror Monthly, and Fraidy Cat Quarterly. For her first novel, she was awarded the 2026 Faber Writing Academy scholarship from Allen & Unwin and the The Convent Writers Residency Program 2026.
