With over 20 years in the Galleries, Libraries, Archives and Museums (GLAM) sector, Michelle is an experienced educator, programmer, writer and strategic thinker. She has worked in national organisations including the National Gallery of Australia and the National Portrait Gallery as well as in state and regional organisations, including most recently, managing the Wodonga Library where she implemented an ambitious author talks program and established lasting program partnerships with The Stella Prize, Writers Victoria and Kill Your Darlings

Seeing herself as an enabler for the creative industries and the people who work for and in them, Michelle brings together people, ideas, resources, creative content and collections to create relationships and facilitate engaging learning opportunities, and provide access, information and knowledge to diverse audiences.
