Michele Grossman is Associate Dean (Research and Research Training) and Associate Professor in the Faculty of Arts, Education and Human Development at Victoria University.

Her current research focuses on the intercultural settlement experience of humanitarian refugees and on building positive relationships between CALD young people and the police.
