Melinda recently became a doctor (of philosophy) exploring youth, racism, cultural diversity, sexuality and social class in multicultural Melbourne.

In a previous life (i.e. life before PhD), Melinda worked in the NGO sector with a focus on intercultural communication, education and social justice in Australia and overseas.
