Lisa Moule
Lisa is an actor and writer whose debut novel, The Mother of All Calamities, will be released in March 2026. She graduated in Professional Writing and Editing from RMIT in 2022. Her fiction has received multiple awards: second prize in the 2023 Australian Short Story Festival Emerging Writers’ Prize, shortlisted for the Peter Carey Award (Newton’s Cradle), and shortlisted for the Stringybark Short Story Award (Highly Flammable). In 2022, she won second prize in the Furphy Literary Award (The Game) and was a finalist in the Newcastle Short Story Award (The Roundabout). Her first story appeared in the 2020 anthology Ordinary People. A Melbourne University graduate, Lisa later studied theatre in Paris and has performed at The London Playhouse, Soho Theatre, and The Belgrade, Coventry. She has also voiced commercials, audiobooks, and animations, and currently co-hosts 3CR’s Published or Not.
