John Hughes
About
John Hughes’s projects cross boundaries of film, television and media art practice. His video and film work has been presented at the ICA London, ARC Art Museum Paris, Biennale of Sydney, Ewing Gallery, University of Melbourne and ACMI Melbourne.
His online documentary with Film Australia, ABC2 and ABC online can be seen at the ABC website.
His feature drama What I Have Written (from John A. Scott’s novel) won Best Film, Mystfest, Bologna (1996) and was released theatrically with Globe and internationally with Beyond Films.
He is currently honorary fellow, faculty of VCA & MCM, University of Melbourne.
