John Gibbins

John Gibbins has worked in the resources, gaming and the financial services industries specialising in risk identification, risk management and controls process improvement. His current role at Minter Ellison includes legal risk, including banking and financial institutions ‘conduct risk’ reviews processes. John is currently on the Audit and Risk Committee for ESTA and he is the Chairman of the Audit Committee for VLine. John served as Chairman of the Board at Melbourne Polytechnic for three years and was a partner at Deloitte and KPMG. He also served as a non-executive director at the Malthouse Theatre for five years.
