Jemmason Power

About

Jemmason Power is a 28-year-old First Nations model (As We Are Agency, based in Brisbane), mother and full-time facilitator.

Throughout her childhood and young adult life, Jemmason’s identity was firmly rooted in her Pentecostal Christian upbringing. Although her Aboriginal and South Sea Islander lineage was always known, Jemmason’s journey of re-connecting to her ancestors and their beautifully heartbreaking history truly ignited in her early 20’s.

Jemmason is a proud, Juru woman from the Birri Gubba nation, with her lineage connecting her to the islands of Tanna, Santos, West-Ambrym and Solomon Islands.

Jemmason is a graduate of the University of Queensland and holds a Degree in Human Services. She delivers services unpinned by adaptive leadership and transformational leadership as a facilitator and consultant for ETMP, (Education Training Management Perspectives),
