Frankey Chung-Kok-Lun

Frankey Chung-Kok-Lun is an artist raised equally in Naarm and Mauritius. He explores how narratives shape human relationships with nature, focusing on the perspectives of nonhumans, from birds and trees to buildings and rubbish bins. His writing has been published by Island Magazine, Pantera Press, Antithesis, and Portside Review among others. His visual art has been exhibited in No Vacancy, 3553, and the George Paton Gallery. In 2025, as a recipient of The Wattle Fellowship at the University of Melbourne, Frankey founded Nature-Human, an online curation of stories from the perspectives of non-human objects and animals.
