Erin Vincent has been a media executive for over a decade and has a strong track record leading creative teams and managing relationships across the media, politics, corporate Australia and the arts.

A dynamic leader and storyteller, Erin has led high-profile ABC programs including Q+A, Insiders and News Breakfast. Under her leadership News Breakfast achieved significant audience growth, making it as a serious competitor in the breakfast television market. Erin began her career as a journalist in regional Victoria, then at Network Ten, before joining the ABC in 2009. During her time at the ABC, Erin developed an extensive network of contacts both in Australia and overseas, leading projects and strategies to reach new audiences across broadcast and digital platforms.

She also played a pivotal role in developing Australia Talks, an ambitious ABC-wide initiative developed in collaboration with social and data scientists. The audience led project went on to become one of Australia’s biggest ever social surveys, taking in the thoughts and opinions of more than 60,000 Australians.
