Elsa Rose

About

Elsa Rose (she/her) is a queer, Jewish and Chinese woman of colour. She is an educator, facilitator, activist and performer. She is the co-founder of Hue, an antiracism & social justice organisation that provides training and consulting to organisations. Previously she was the Director of Training at Democracy in Colour and a program presenter at PROJECT ROCKIT.

She is also a board member at Switchboard and co-chair of the QTIPOC committee. She has performed in the sold out shows: Safeword at the Melbourne Fringe Festival, and Poona at the Next Wave festival. In 2020 she was awarded one of Out for Australia’s 30 under 30, for LGBTQIA+ role models and leaders.
