Novateur founder, Dyana Kass always knew she was destined to work in the music and pop-culture space and began her path as an indie label intern her freshman year in college. What followed was a long career in marketing, artist development, and creative/brand strategy while working for major and independent record companies including Interscope, DreamWorks, Hollywood Records and Relativity. Always maintaining an eclectic roster, she has worked across a diverse range of artists helping to craft and quarterback innovative campaigns for Lady Gaga, U2, M.I.A., Wolfmother, Pharrell, N.E.R.D, Carly Rae Jepsen, Robyn, Gwen Stefani, No Doubt, Robin Thicke, Tricky, Loretta Lynn and many others.
Always the artist advocate, Dyana started Novateur three years ago to bring innovation and a forward-thinking voice to talent management, marketing, creative strategy and brand consulting. Home to a diverse roster including Saro, SUR, Joel Taylor, MACKandgold and producer/songwriter Zack Arnett, Dyana is a firm believer that every project has a unique language and with Novateur she strives to help discover and nurture talent collaboratively in a hands-on, inspired, environment to build lasting careers and campaigns that matter.
