Courtney Percy is the Wheeler Centre’s Database and Ticketing Manager. She is a ticketing professional who has worked in customer service and arts administration for over a decade in Australia and New Zealand.
Before joining The Wheeler Centre, Courtney was part of the Melbourne Recital Centre team. She championed the use of the Centre’s CRM system throughout the organisation, fast becoming the ‘go-to’ for all troubleshooting and ideas, as well as developing and implementing various strategies to increase ticketing revenue and membership retention.
In the past few years, Courtney also worked as a freelance content writer, which allowed her to indulge her creative side. Courtney is thrilled to have found a home at The Wheeler Centre that allows her to combine her storytelling, innovation, and digital passions.
