Caraline Douglas is the Wheeler Centre’s Head of Marketing and Engagement.
Caraline has held senior marketing roles across a range of industries including the arts and culture, publishing and reproductive health. Prior to her role at the Wheeler Centre, she was Head of Marketing and Partnerships at Schwartz Media. She also worked at Black Inc Books as Digital Marketing Manager and on the relaunch of The Jewish Quarterly. She was at the helm of Malthouse Theatre’s marketing team as Marketing and Communications Manager for several successful seasons from 2016 to 2019. She also gained experience in marketing, communications and publishing at Artspace Sydney, SCAPE Public Art in New Zealand, and Whitechapel Gallery in London. Originally from Texas, Australia has been home for over 10 years.
