Belinda Rule

About

Belinda Rule is a Melbourne poet. Her first poetry collection is Hyperbole, Recent Work Press, 2021. Her chapbook, The Things the Mind Sees Happen, Puncher & Wattmann, was commended in the Anne Elder Award 2019. Work has appeared widely including in Best Australian Poems, Meanjin, Island, Westerly, Australian Book Review and The London Magazine. She has been a history academic and a university administrator, and now works in health policy. Her interests include wild sourdough baking and crushing the patriarchy.
