Antonia Pont

Antonia Pont is a writer, yogi and meditator, who has been practising and teaching for close to three decades. Her work asks about how we can become new to ourselves, about the mysteries of time and transformation and how we can meet the unknown with less reactivity and more capacity. Her essays have an international following and her most recent book, Plain Life: On Thinking, Feeling and Deciding was published by NewSouth in 2025. Associate Professor at Deakin University, she lives gratefully on unceded Wurundjeri Country.
