Anna Cowan has been writing since she was eight years old. She lives in Melbourne with her Scottish husband and their daughter. She is the author of Untamed. Her love affair with romance shows no signs of ending.

Anna completed a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Melbourne and a Diploma of Professional Writing and Editing at RMIT. In 2010 she won a year’s mentorship with Valerie Parv through the Valerie Parv Award, and used it to develop her romance manuscript.

In 2012 she sold Untamed to Penguin Australia and it was published in 2013. Whether readers are passionately for or against Untamed, one thing is certain – readers are passionate about it. It appeared on iTunes Australia’s Best of 2013 list and has been nominated for the Australian Romance Readers Association’s favourite historical romance of 2013.
