Alice Robinson is a lecturer in creative writing at Melbourne’s NMIT. She has a PhD in creative writing from Victoria University and her work has been published widely. Anchor Point is Alice’s first novel.
After she completed her bachelor Alice travelled overseas for several years where everyone, it seemed, was experiencing strange weather. As a result, she became interested in climate change, and upon returning home, enrolled in a PhD by research in creative writing, hoping to combine her burgeoning environmentalism with her passion for reading and writing fiction.
