Alice Glenn is a collaborator, teacher, entrepreneur and lover of compost.

Alice is the founder and the Director of the global dance organisation, No Lights No Lycra. Established by Alice in 2009, the business now operates in more than 75 communities globally. Alice is also the CEO of the not for profit No Lights No Lycra Education improving the mental health and wellbeing of young people through social connection, music and movement.

She is the founder, former Director and current Chair of Schoolhouse Studios, a not-for-profit organisation providing work spaces, events and professional development to more than 140 artists and creative business in Melbourne.

With over a decades experience in business management, and a sustained commitment to community and cultural development, Alice is driven in her work by her beliefs in community, inclusiveness and diversity.
