Terms and ConditionsÂ
Memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase. All membership sales are final and cannot be refunded or transferred.
Member discounts are eligible for use by Wheeler Centre members only, and apply to selected events as determined by The Wheeler Centre. Proof of membership may be requested at the time of ticket scanning.
Partner offers are determined by the partner, are subject to change and are correct at the time of publication. Partners may require proof of membership to redeem offer.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I access the discounted Members ticket price?
To access the exclusive member discount for events ticketed by The Wheeler Centre, members need to log into their account before adding tickets to their cart. That way the system will recognise the member and show the separate discount price type. For events that are ticketed by an event partner, be sure to check our bi-monthly members enews for the promotional code or alternatively, you can contact our ticketing team at ticketing@wheelercentre.com.
When can I start accessing the benefits?
Straight away! Once you have paid for your membership, you can access the member ticket discount via www.wheelercentre.com. You’ll receive a physical membership card in the mail within 10 business days, so make sure you’ve supplied your current mailing address in your account.
Is The Wheeler Centre membership the same as a Writers Victoria membership?
No, a Wheeler Centre membership is separate to a Writers Victoria membership. You can learn more about Writers Victoria membership benefits here.
Can I cancel my membership and receive a refund?
No, memberships are non-refundable.
How long is my membership active for?
Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
What should I do if I have lost my membership card?
Send an email to ticketing@wheelercentre.com, and we will organise for a replacement to be posted to you.
Can I add someone to my membership?
Unfortunately, no, all our memberships are single products.
