Kim Williams has been a senior media executive for over 30 years, working in television management, film and television production, public policy in government and most recently as CEO of News Corp Australia.

In his keynote speech for the New News conference, Williams will talk about the future of journalism in the digital age, as the great information technologies of telecommunications, computing, publishing and broadcasting converge. He’ll offer his thoughts on how media organisations might make money in the future, and how journalism might be paid for.

This is a great opportunity to hear someone who has been at the helm of some of Australia’s leading media organisations, from News Corp and Foxtel to the Australian Film Commission and Fox Studios, survey our rapidly changing landscape – and make predictions for what the future will bring.
