| Senior Producer, Digital Engagement | The Wheeler Centre is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Producer, Digital Engagement to join our team. This is a senior role in the marketing team that would suit an experienced digital and social media content producer with an appetite for digital content creation, digital communications and data analysis. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Engagement, this role is responsible for the management of The Wheeler Centre’s digital platforms and content. The ideal applicant will be data driven and motivated to grow digital engagement and follow industry best practice. This role is based at The Wheeler Centre offices in Melbourne CBD. Flexible/hybrid work is available. You will be expected to regularly attend our live events outside of typical business hours. The Wheeler Centre offers TOIL in exchange for these hours. The Wheeler Centre for Books, Writing & Ideas is current seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for Victorian Premier's Literary Awards Judges. The Victorian Premier’s Literary Awards (VPLAs) were inaugurated by the Victorian Government in 1985 to honour literary achievement by Australian writers. The awards recognise excellence in Australian writing and its contributions to the development of Australian culture. They aim to advance the Victorian community’s appreciation of Australian literature and assist living authors in their careers and promote Victoria’s literary and publishing industries. Entries are sought across eight categories, with the winners of each Prize receiving $25,000, and will go on to contest the major prize, the $100,000 Victorian Prize for Literature. This is the single most valuable literary award in the country.
