Kaz Kilmore-Barrymore

About

Kaz Kilmore lives in Melbourne with her husband Steve and teenage daughter Molly. Truth Untold is her first attempt at fiction.

Kaz is a part-time finance writer, suburban mum and lifesaving volunteer. She was inspired to write her novel by family stories about her great uncles, their Depression times and post-war lives working on the wharves. Her journalism background and career in finance provided a contemporary backdrop for this debut newsroom crime novel.

Kaz was a high school drop-out, but as a young adult worked to fund herself through university – achieving several qualifications in finance and journalism. She has been a finance writer for more than 25 years and has a passion for consumer rights. Born in New Zealand, she has lived in Melbourne since the 1990s.
