Join Andy Griffiths and Terry Denton as they celebrate the tenth book in their Treehouse series! The 104-Storey Treehouse introduces 13 new levels of mischief and wonder. Stupid-hat level? Check. Refrigerator-throwing level? You bet. Bun-fighting and tangled-up levels? A deep-thoughts thinking room? You know it.
Climb the never-ending staircase, visit Mount Everest, shop at the Two-Dollar Shop and the Two-Million-Dollar Shop. Save your burps in the burp bank; make money or honey in the money-making machine. Barricade yourself in the mighty fortress! Relax in the peaceful sunny meadow full of buttercups, butterflies and bluebirds … and help Andy find a cure for his aching toothache.

This event is best suited for children ages 5–12. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while participating in Wheeler Kids events. Children under three, free on the knee.

Andy Griffiths
Andy Griffiths is one of Australia’s most popular children’s authors. He and illustrator Terry Denton have collaborated on more than 33 bestselling books since their first title, Just Tricking, was published in 1997.In Australia, Andy and Terry’s books have sold over 10 million copies, won 80 children’s choice awards and 10 Australian Book Industry Awards—including Book of the Year for The 52-Storey Treehouse in 2015.
Their much-loved Treehouse Series has been embraced by children around the world and is now published in more than 35 countries. Five of the books in the series have been adapted for the stage and have all had sell-out seasons at the Sydney Opera House, as well as highly successful seasons in the Netherlands, New Zealand and America.
Andy is a passionate advocate for literacy and in 2015 was awarded the Dromkeen Medal to honour his outstanding contribution to Australian children’s literature. He is also an ambassador for both The Indigenous Literacy Foundation and the Pyjama Foundation.
Terry Denton
Terry Denton has been creating children’s books for over 30 years. He has worked with many of Australia's top authors, written much-loved picture books and junior fiction novels, won more than 40 children’s choice awards and been shortlisted many times in the Children’s Book Council of Australia awards. His Felix and Alexander won Picture Book of the Year in 1986.
Terry's books include The Upside-down History of Downunder with Alison Lloyd, The Worm Who Knew Karate with Jill Lever, as well as the Gasp! books, and the world-famous Just! books and Treehouse series with Andy Griffiths. The Treehouse books have sold over 10 million copies in Australia, won 80 children's choice awards and 10 Australian Book Industry Awards. In 2016, The 78-Storey Treehouse became the fastest-selling book in Australian publishing history, and the series regularly tops the best-sellers lists. His work is characterised by a devious sense of humour, an adventurous and inventive drawing style and an informed flair for what interests and amuses kids.
