Workshop: New Approaches to the Sonnet with Anthony Joseph

Join award-winning poet Anthony Joseph for an intimate poetry writing workshop, presented in partnership with Writers Victoria as part of the Wheeler Centre’s international writers series.

‘The sonnet is an argument, and you open up the sonnet with a suggestion and then you turn and come to a conclusion towards the end.' Join award-winning poet Anthony Joseph for an intimate poetry writing workshop as part of the Wheeler Centre’s international writers series, World of Words. As a lecturer in the Department of English at King’s College London and winner of this year’s prestigious TS Eliot Prize for his collection Sonnets for Albert, Joseph is internationally recognised as a master of the form.
