Join one of the world’s most prolific and best-loved authors, Alexander McCall Smith, for one night only in Kyneton.

About

The author of over one hundred books, Alexander McCall Smith is one of the world’s most prolific and beloved writers. His work – which includes the Corduroy Mansions series, the Isabel Dalhousie novels and the world’s longest-running serial novel, 44 Scotland Street – has been translated into over forty-six languages, becoming bestsellers throughout the world. His highly successful No. 1 Ladies’ Detective Agency series has sold over 25 million copies alone.

Now McCall Smith returns to Australia to celebrate the release of three new books in the past year. In this special event hosted by Melissa Cranenburgh and presented by the Wheeler Centre and Macedon Ranges Shire Council, McCall Smith travels to Kyneton to reflect on his expansive four-decade career, journeying from children’s books to his best-selling series.
